The only way to access an electronic archive of Irish case law spanning more than 85 years
First published by Justis Publishing, the Irish Reports database contains the full text of case reports from 1919 to the present day.
The reports are compiled by practising barristers and are cited authoritatively in courts and tribunals in Ireland. Each report includes catchwords and a headnote, which summarises the judgments.
Added Feature
Most of these reports are available as printable PDFs that replicate the pagination and appearance of the hard copies exactly, and are invaluable for use in court.
Important Note
The Irish Digests database provides a summary, including catchwords and headnote, of each case reported in the Irish Reports, Northern Ireland Reports, Irish Law Reports Monthly, Irish Law Times Reports, Irish Jurist Reports, Irish Law Journal and Irish Special Reports.
