Don’t cry for me Bar-gentina: Justis Publishing at IBA conference

9th October 2008

From 12th to 17th October, we’ll be exhibiting from Booth 5 at the International Bar Association (IBA) Conference 2008.

Taking place at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Centre in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and accommodating 3,000 delegates, it’s the largest gathering of the international legal community in the world.

Joining the delegates will be Justis Publishing’s managing director, Masoud Gerami, the head of his commercial team, Jonathan Daymond, and Emma Wiseman of Jonathan’s team. All will provide information and demonstrations on our products and services, which, from November, will include the International Law Reports Online.

The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. The Justis full-text library will provide the first searchable, electronic platform for this material – and we’ve started counting the days till the Reports’ official launch.

We have a detailed and already expansive sample set for use at the conference, through which we can also demonstrate how these records tie in with our versatile and provider-neutral JustCite citator, which segues nicely to a mention of the established products we’ll demonstrate. These include old favourites like The Law Reports, The Weekly Law Reports and the English Reports, along with the recently-expanded Irish Reports.

So please visit us at our stand, where you can enter our Barrister Bear draw and obtain login details for a month’s free trial of our intuitive, time-saving services. And if you get in quick, you may still qualify for a pre-launch discount of the International Law Reports Online.
