Justis NewsAll the ALLs: well, two of them: BIALL and CARALL conferences this monthJustis Publishing is excitedly preparing for attendance at two annual conferences this month. The first is BIALL, the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians’ conference, which takes place in Manchester from 18th to 20th June at University Place Conference Centre on Oxford Road. Team Justis will be stationed on Stand 29 throughout and will also host demonstration sessions on Tuesday 18th from 1.15 to 1.45 and Friday 19th from 12.50 to 1.20 in the Breem Room. The company’s second appearance will be at CARALL, the Caribbean Association of Law Libraries conference, which takes place at the Faculty of Law, University of the West Indies, in Barbados. Running from 21st to 25th June, particular attention will be paid to the Bermuda Law Reports , the latest series of foreign case law on the full-text online Justis legal library and one of a rapidly expanding list of common law material on the provider-neutral JustCite citator. And that’s not all. At both conferences the wealth of content that has been added to Justis Publishing’s services since this time last year will be yours to browse. Highlights to Justis include the International Law Reports Online, Justis Parliament, and jurisdictional and subject expansion of Caselex. Significant additions to JustCite include nearly 80,000 cases from Canada Law Book and massively expanded coverage of LexisNexis. The citator now links to the new Westlaw platform and we’re forging ahead with our expansion of our JustCite Digest coverage. So pop by the stands for demos or simply to enter the ever-popular Barrister Bear prize draw.
